We have sourced toys from all over the World. There are handmade dolls from Spain, wooden toys from Germany, France, Italy, Czech and Poland. Fancy French cars and pull alongs, delightful puzzles from Italy, an amazing collection of Schleich animals, Papo figurines and Djeco art & craft sets. Games, wooden Ostheimer animals and mythical creatures from Germany, Meccano, Mobilo, Ambi, Quadrilla, not to mention, dress-ups, dollhouses, castles, pirate ships, trucks, science kits and a wide selection of Steiner wooden and felted toys as well.
We are well known for our range of handmade, ethical, wooden baby mobiles and nursery décor all designed by Goldfish. Our products have been made in Bali by a family we have worked with for over 18 years. Our award winning Balloon Ball and artboards are extremely popular items too.
It is always a pleasure to hear squeals of happiness and see faces full of joy when people first enter our store. If you can't make it to our store in Berry, the online store has just as many goodies!
All Goldfish Toyshop stock is subject to availability. Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect.
There is a Flat Shipping Rate of $10 per order (where possible multiple purchases will be packed in a single package). This applies for all standard sized orders to metro area's within Australia. Additional freight charges may be incurred for large or heavy items and deliveries to remote locations within Australia. We are working on deliveries outside Australia, although we do specialise in delivering gifts within Australia to friends and family of international customers.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can exchange any full priced product provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. Freight will be your responsibility on the returned item.
You must contact customer service within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Special ordered large items (i.e. an item we do not keep stock of and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier), except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted. Please contact customer service to discuss.
If an item is faulty or damaged you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.
We will replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight on receipt and inspection of the goods. Include a letter indicating the problem with the item, and supply a copy of the online delivery note or tax invoice.
